Starting my own tube site and need some wisdom

Welcome. As far as tube scripts, I have used clipbucket in the past which is a free script. The template is easy enough to be modified to make it unique. You can also purchase one. If you go with clipbucket after its working to your satisfaction don’t upgrade. I hear clipshare is pretty good as well. It used to cost about $200 bucks which is not bad.

Paying models for videos is going to get into the production. That will open up a can of worms for someone new in the business unless thats really your goal. If not, go with armatures. Not my expertise. Your may be able to find models on adult forums or posting ads in forums.

Premium content may be hard to sell at first because there is so much free porn available but if you have some unique content and find a niche you may be able to make money after a little while. As far has pricing, the big boys of memberships around $20 a month.

You may also be able sell the traffic from you website through the use of banners. I have used black label ads in the past.

Not to be discouraging, I would start of with a small site and learn how to manufacture website traffic, which is really where you sales are going to come from. Just a little insight. I’m sure more will be forth cumming.

I know i can search google or some other search engine but where is the best places to find amateur models if you know of any?

I just built my first tube site using tubex. great script actually. only downside is that the developer retired and the only support is from user on the forum.
