You and your user got notified? What says your antivirus program? I do not use chrome,

but Kaspersky tells me if a website is infected or not. Or if my ip is attacked by another source and not from the website. |

If chrome/google gave you a virus warning double-check by logging into google's webmaster tools https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/ (I'm assuming you're using it seeing you say you got a virus report)

Choose your site, then under "Diagnostics" check the "Malware" report. |
