Critique my site? Latina Niche..

Hey man,

I think the site is nice, if you want some critique I here are a few friendly suggestions =D.

Im not a big fan of impact font, i think that is what you are using on your buttons, its not anything major but I always felt that font was bulky for buttons and cheapens the look of a site. I think it comes default with a lot of windows machines and has been used to death. If you don't already know about these, check out http://www.dafont.com and http://www.fontsquirrel.com for some nice, free fonts.

I would also add some padding to the buttons so the edges don't run into the other design elements.

I don't know if its me or my screen or what but some of these thumbnails seem a little blurry to me, again nothing major but you are asking for criticism, just trying to be helpful as far as what I thought could be worked on.

I don't like that the 9.99 is cut off in the banner on the right, but that's just personal preference I guess. It's a similar gripe to the buttons having no space i guess.

I think your content is nice, ladies are nice, but I would suggest taking the videos into after effects and playing with the contrast or grading. You have these bright thumbs and then when you view the movies there is a gray film over it that can be corrected fairly easily.

Most of these opinions are insignificant I guess, just trying to give you some helpful insight. I would focus on the videos/contrast-grading though if anything, especially since your thumbs give the perception of hq footage. The footage is very nice! just needs a little post. The gray film doesn't give it justice.

Thanks barcodes, I need to figure something out on those buttons, with graphic design, not that buttons are very complicated, I tend to have one hell of a time on making them and being happy with them. I was already unhappy with them before... I just can't decide what will look good... But now ill try figure something out faster.

August Solo 2, Jenaveve’s Exclusive Barriogirls 12 Set, Jenaveve Jolie Solo are a few I saw a tiny bit blurry. They aren't crazy blurry other than that august one. Just looks like maybe the thumbs are a tiny bit smaller than the thumbnail size on the pages and causing a little pixelation.

As far as the buttons go, you could always go with text links. I know it isnt as flashy but in the long run it is helpful with search engines. you can spruce it up with css and make em look nice.

If you want, and have time to play with it, you can go to that fontsquirrel.com site and look through their font kits. Basically if you find a nice font there you can use for your buttons, you can download a set of special fonts, along with a css file they generate that allows others to see the chosen font. You can then integrate their code into your own css file and modify as needed. They have another option where you can submit a font and they generate a kit for you, but that gets more complicated as the coding is different, you have to make sure you dont violate eula with your chosen font, etc.

Thanks barcode, Im wondering if it happens to be the lighting of the picture or what.. cause i have them displaying at their actual height and width, meaning i dont have height and width specified through html it just displays its full scale.. im using nextgen gallery plugin through wordpress to manage all of them too, and its set at keep 100% quality for thumbs.. so im not sure what i can do

Just one other small thing to consider, maybe if you can place the google translator above the banner. people hate that lower sidescrolling bar from my experience. The idea of putting that in there is awesome though.

The thumbs don't look bad I wouldn't worry about it too much. Other than the August one the other ones I mentiones only looked slightly, slightly blurred. It could be me though also. I only mentioned the other ones so you would have more than one example but they were barely worth my mentioning imo.

not sure why you would add a layover on the promo videos that is somewhat opaque.. I would remove that and make sure the videos are crisp and clear.

Im workin on that actually, just have an issue for the way to have multiformat video playback options with out a retarded amount of pain in the ass..

get a better design, the buttons kinda suck

also, where is your site map?

thanks smoke. no its not custom its from wpzoom.. they got some nice stuff that i like.. i dont care to much for what a lot of porn sites look like i kind of dig it like it is, straight forward with a picture list format ... its just real easy and straight to the point.. content being made all the time.. just not enough man power to edit stuff.. .plus lots of other work goin on right now. again thanks for the comment.

site's pretty ok. I would change the menu (for my tastes font is too big+ i don't like that red on that black)
Also are you going to run an affiliate program? Either way, you should post the link to webmasters not only on the intro page, but on the site pages as well.
Whether i'm interested in trading traffic or becoming an affiliate, i check content first, so it would suck to have to go all the way back to intro page for webmaster link.
