CCBill: Am I a Consumer or Merchant?
Can I get some help? I'm trying to sign up with CCBill so I can become an affiliate at some CCBill sites. But I am confused. Am I a consumer or a merchant? When I visit http://www.ccbill.com, that's what I see. Thanks for the help.

Glad im not the only who didnt understand it.
What i did, was to find a site i wanted to use, and sign up through them as a new ccbill user. Usually u are being sent to the ccbill signup page, without you having to make the choice of u being a merchant or consumer. If i'd to guess, i'd think affiliates are consumers..... |

You are a consumer. If you were the owner of the site offering the affiliate program you would be a merchant.
