Got traffic, need them to sign up now...your thoughts

I would start with getting a faster server or host... your site came up very slow for me and I have one hell of a fast connection. Slow sites/servers will kill conversion ratios faster than anything and improve them better than anything you could ever do.

Then on your join page, you need to make the join button stand out, and have a call to action on it or around it. You can't go wrong with a big Click Here To Signup, Join, Get Access, ect button. I actually had to read on your join page to figure out what to click - it should be almost second nature as to what to do next, so make it clear and tell them exactly what to do.

im not sure what are those pictures on the left, pictures of flowers, cactus, waves ... its probably artsy fartsy to you and boring koombola to your surfers

since I have posted this, we have averaged 3,000 unique visitors an hour. we exceeded bandwidth tuesday afternoon and upgraded from the lowest dedicated server to a higher tier (via go daddy) we have had 285,000 unqiues since jan 1st. BUT WE NEED MEMBERS.

Not sexy enough. Those movie "cover" images are too small and the screencaps in them are squeezed anyway.

A surfer wants to see bigger high quality sample images of what's inside.

on first glance, can't tell what the site is all about (aside from porn but even that's not super evident until you scroll down). need to somehow draw attention to what they're going to get below, perhaps a nice graphical header.

those grapics next to each page title should just be big, eye grabbing graphics. similar to 'fiona ryder' one. for example, next to 'insatiable cock' i'd just use the graphic of the green guy getting ridden cowgirl. i didn't even notice it was a hulk parody until second visit. but if i woulda saw the big green sooner it would have at least made me stop and look closer.

view trailer / join now buttons should be way bigger.

drop all those banners to other sites & products. just taking away your own sales (and affiliates if you have em).

thats a LOT of traffic you've received - sounds like you purchased it. if so, lemme tell ya it's not gonna convert much at all. would be better to start an affiliate program with CCBill, and then stroke some affiliates in, pay them on the backend instad of for upfront traffic that is likely junk anyway. it's a slow build, and your number will not skyrocket overnight, but you're getting people who know how to promote porn and don't have to worry about maxing out your hosting bandwidth for nothing.

I think you would benefit greatly from having your site professionally designed, and removing the ads (the top right corner of the main page folds down to become a virtua girl ad) as ads on a paysite seems suspicious to me. Also traffic is cheap, it's targeted traffic that's hard to get/earn/make. I would work on some SEO stuff to get more people who are looking for your kind of content, reaching your site. One thing is, I can't get a feel for what your theme or niche is - most of the videos advertised don't really seem to relate to each other. Just my $0.02

Ok, so here is the top 5 of problems:

1. You have to choose a model, paysite or free (with other ads)
2. You need to get your sales pitch above the fold.
3. If you are a paysite you only need good traffic (for instance traffic-in, or buy a banner from me that converts into sales)
4. copy at least the general landing page idea from the companies that have been around longer in the business.
5. Use red and green for signup buttons (most clicked is red, green is second, but seen as a confirmatin colour)
6. ..... the list is endless, but I hope this gives you an idea.

In short I would get a nice profesional landing page design and you need to make sure you decide if you go for premium paysite or freesite model. Nothing in between.
