          Not necessarily. If it's low traffic it would be nice though.

                  the page where u add the link is PR 0 and u request PR 3 or above?

                          your twitter page has no PR but you said that if the site you exchange links with has low trafic it would be nice the reciprocal to be on index page(PR3 or above);why would i do that?

                                              hrm weird...with Google Chrome SEO it says it's PR 4 but with Quake it says N/A. I'm assuming you guys are looking with Quake?

                                                  I ran it through our query (api for page rank) and it is in fact a 0, probably an error when you saw it as 4.
