I set only toplist based clicked hits from these PR 3 sites but can accept skimmed hits or lower PR if the site has interesting extreme content for my visitors. Trade starts immediately but site is reviewed in 1 - 12 hours manually, so cheaters and lamers cannot receive anything interesting so do not waste yours+mine time.
