Why not just take the dog for a walk?

There are no bad dogs, only bad owners

    Spend you some brain.

Humans barely like walking on a treadmill. You want a dog to do it?

lol only way to really get your dog to walk on it is to build a cage around it so its only choice is to walk or get hurt. i am sure you are not wanting to cause harm to your dog.

My dog trainer has, she said you have to use food or treats and stand in front so they'll walk.

I feel sorry for you dog
take it for a walk everyday for an hour... just once, not 5 times a day
high rise or not, the dog deserves that

even if you move to a house with a backyard, the dog needs to be walked and have some type of mental stimulation other than just lying in a back yard
