Who can increase my celebrity traffic/sales?

I'm looking to pay someone for a few months who can double my traffic on a celebrity blog. The blog gets on average 800 uniques/day, making $600/mo on average But i need at least $1500/mo (50 sales/mo).

I'm not a real expert when it comes to traffic building on a adult blog so i am outsourcing
