Going to be getting a lot of traffic pushed to my MGP starting tonight and need to establish some trades for long-term growth.

My site is moviepost.net

Will not trade with sites..
1) that shave more then 60% (minimum of 40% must go to content)
2) that have any kind of popups or any general crap that any visitor wouldn't like
3) that do not properly manage their traffic to ensure quality trades
4) that have webmasters who cheat and lie and participate in cheap/asshole tactics
