I got 3 sign ups in 80 unique clicks - they owe me 100$ and don't pay it - they say that my account is under investigation - and it looks like I won't get the money.
100$ is not much but i just wanted to test them out - now there is no reason in promoting them (for me atleast)

Man, your ratios are ugly, I mean really ugly. 1:500 on a 2th page shaving program like CEN? Uh.. CEN is the sponsor counting the lowest click on the web, so your real ratio is something like 1:1200 1:2000... really bad even with tgp traffic. When I promoted them, I was looking for 1:150 or better on tgp traffic.

I guess what makes it worse is that it's not TGP traffic. It's "old search engine traffic" from expired domains. Oh well, better than $0 I guess!
