4. The following domains are banned because they are all cheaters: .da.ru, .po, .ru, .cz, .kr, .cr, .fr, .uk, .de, .le, .ns., .ma, .nn, .suc, .ks, .com, .net, .org, .gov, .edu, to., cc., and mex.(!!).
5. Webmaster from the former USSR: you are banned!!
6. Webmaster from the former Brithish Empire: banned!!
7. Webmaster from the former 2. French Republic: banned!!
8. Oops: .net-domains are now allowed.
9. Webmaster from the former Deutsches Reich: banned!!
10. Webmaster from the former Imperium Romanum: banned, banned, banned, banned!!
