Unless you have full documentation (model releases, id etc) don't bother.. It will only end you up in jail. I'd suggest talking to a lawyer first.

As a photographer here in Dallas, I can tell you that if you don't have a model release, she can come back and sue your ass! You'd definitely lose your shiznick! Why not just post them on Revenge Picture.com and be done with it!
