Do I have enough toilets?

What is the current correct Markham Toilet Ratio and do they all have to be of the sit-down variety or can some be substituted with urinals if you have male staff?

1 toilet every 8 employees for upscale treatment
1 tolet every 12 is an industry standard
1:1 ratio is BP4L level

Paul is getting older now, so he recommends 1:1 ratio these days.
