I'm guessing they've known the locations of Saddam and Bin Laden for some time.

Saddam will be caught (possibly alive) before next summer. Bin Laden will be killed a month or two before the election.

This is all going to be very systematic.

Saddam will be caught first. Then our troops will for the most part officially leave Iraq. Then Bin Laden will be caught.

So 3 big things in less than 6 months.
