I personally have used Globill for 2+ years now and was kicking ass with them when we started but most recently I and most webmasters that are worth a shit are starting to speak out and question there practices. Scubbing is at a all time high so bad that "gold" card holders are being rejected and emailing the site owners to mail in a money order. But please dont take my word/Experiance. Read the following Testimonies

I've had 2 signups in the past 2 days I think, but have done better with my sponsors *shrug*. I've also been busy for the past week building and coding a new fetish TGP so haven't been promoting my own sites very much

We usually have between four and seven sign ups a day - today we've had nothing and yesterday we had one early morning. My test card has failed as well (!)

I will tend to agree with something being wrong.
For me it started at the beginning of this week.
Just installed a script to catch referring urls for sales, and i can see almost 100 visits/attempts at joins a day and very low signups to compare.
Especially the last few days.
Really pathetic, and depressing.
Many factors of to consider of course like scrubbing, also including the summer weather wich hit pretty hard here in montreal this week.
Thats if you buy into the summerslowdown deal.
Besides that i cant explain why signups are at an all time low.
Trying to figure it out but not with much luck so far.
Anyone else seeing the same thing here?

My signups are at an all time low too. I've had several people attempt to sign up with GloBill, swearing that their cards are good, yet their cards weren't accepted. I sent them to my backup processor and they were accepted without any problems but it leaves me to wonder what is going on with GloBill.
Is it time to switch and use GloBill as a backup and move my backup processor into the spotlight?
Pam, I'm using both Hughes Billing and 2000Charge and love them both... no problems with them at all and they work seamlessly on my site. My customers like the options for payment they get as well, especially european and asian customers using 2000Charge - they love it! I'm happy as can be and highly suggest either or both of them as backup processors.

Just lost another sale due to problems with globil
signup process. I have to wonder how many people get scrubbed and don't bother to email me.

Just received email that a rebill failed due to the card being denied ... I'm sure it's a good card
Oddly enough, in the past 2 days, my Mastercard has been turned down on 3 sites for charges under $1k. I spoke to my credit card company and they said the card was good and I had lots of available credit, so they had no explanation why all of a sudden I was being turned down.
Why am I doing this? well.....I have tryed to contact globill and there management regarding all the issues above relating to my account and have been "patronized" and lead to beleive that I need to re-design my site everytime I have an issue. The fact of the matter is that globill got so busy (when the $750 charge imposed by Visa) they didn't know the right formula to keep Visa happy regarding chargebacks so they just scrub the hell out of everybody knowing there bottom line is strong with the influx of new business! But if you were to listen to globill we all need to change the color of our sites because were all stupid globill
BTW: Globill has band me from posting and several other webmasters I know because we have serious issues and receive crappy service if any at all.
I just had to get that out!!!!!!!!!!
Rick needs to get his head out of his ass and deal with people!
