I hope you're not thinking of trying to brand "After Dark," it is the name of a once-popular screensaver released in the late 80s, and is still owned by the conglomerate which owns the Sierra gaming brand name. If your project gets popular, someone's going to hear about it, and you're probably going to get a C&D.
