keep in mind there are 3 other sites in the package, and the sites can be developed. $0 dollars have been spent on advertising the sites, 66% is type in traffic, 12% search engine. the traffic quality is excellent and the sites are still doing 400k per day.

just to clarify things, i am helping the owner sell the site. it's been up for less than 4 months and we have statistics on revenue, traffic, traffic sources, overhead/hostnig, etc. not a dime has been spent on advertising the site or purchasing traffic (almost ALL of it is type in).
