Years ago i remeber you could find a million companies that outsourced, now i cant find one, and i did a search on here but came up with helal flaming threads.

im looking to hire a webmaster for a month, i have soem tours n whatnot that need to be designed, what are the companies around now adays that does this?

I was seriously looking at a number of outsourced staff but I just cant see happy staff with ability getting a small fraction of the cost hanging around.

I also placed some work through a company that uses outsourced staff and it was real bad.

I see the "outsource cherrleaders' about given up here.

I've had nothing but GOOD experience with outsourcing, so here's what you do:
go to getafreelancer.com, create an account, browse some projects to get a feel of the place and the prices paid for design work.

Post your project - DO NOT BE CHEAP! You'll hopefully get enough bidders - see their feedbacks, if a guy/girl/company has 100 extremely positive feedbacks you can be 99% sure that you'll get what you need.

Make sure you KNOW what you need! Be very specific with your instructions!
