Yeah in my opinion that is misleading. When I sell a domain I make sure to state that it was previously owned with history dating back xx years according to Archive.org. To say a domain is x years old assumes you've owned it consistently for that time period and that almost certainly has traffic.

Boobs you might want to be more clear as to avoid confusion with future sales.
