ROLL CALL for all Afiliate Programs

After trying to hit up numerous affiliate programs, I found out that only a few actually try to reply to their affiliates. A lot of times there were no contact information at all, or they were using some non-existent mailbox. And I'm not actually talking about some shitty old set 'n forget programs from nineties, but rather pretty much respective ones.

So, I was wondering: Is it really that hard for Affiliate Programs to update their Contacts info?

Yes that is a big problem indeed,i actually wanted to make a "professional list"of sponsors which actually have a work time when they can be reached,and they response in stated time.And another thing,some of sponsors have like several full time affiliate managers,yet you cant reach them no matter how hard you try to get them.One of reasons why that happen,is spam filters,so i think sponsors should start installing support ticket system to combat with that problem.
And another issues,some people which do response,have no clue about anything so you cant use them for more beside some basic things.

I think no matter what side you are on - affiliate or program - you probably spend a good chunk of your working life trying to track down people who haven't updated their information.

There are people still earning with us that have Epassporte down as their payment. Each period I send out more emails and icqs to them without replies. I'll even try calling the phone number they gave.

I have visions of one of them suddenly replying and me showing up to their door to deliver their back payment with one of those giant Publishers Clearing House checks.

I check for messages in our NATS ticket system a few times a day, usually 7 days a week (I occasionally do take a Saturday off...I'm a bum like that). I have email and skype on my laptop, my split and my phone and if an affiliate is having a problem or has a question I want to know.

speaking of that, the feedback form on your affiliate program is almost completely unusable. it's almost impossible to type in captcha numbers, since the css layout is broken. your submission form result page is broken as well. after the "successful" message submission, i got the following message:
