Aside from the vegetable section i don't think anything in there isn't sugar filled or extremely over processed, and i'm not a total food nazi either, but wow.. She was asking me what she should choose that would be healthier i suggested leaving the store.. haha

went to an asian supermarket to buy a 50lb sack of jasmine thai rice and some other hard to find imports. chinese lady in front of me has a dolly full of rice sacks stacked 3 feet high along with gallon size jugs of soya sauce like she's in costco, but she ain't. her rice sacks are around $30 each by the way and she got the low grade stuff. my point is she pulled out her EBT card, behind her wallet full of other credit cards and send the gov. the tab for her restaurant supplies and pretty much everyone else in the store had the same modus. so if you think for a moment this is just a black thing try the other side of town where theres a spanish Bravo or other ching ching meow supermarket
