Have your legal team contact the registrar and get their contact info, plus have the domain shut down. I had a company come after me a few years back after getting my contact information from NameCheap. Whois privacy does nothing but keep the general public at bay.

I always said I do not like tube sites. I do like the Manwin pay site portfolio and I still actively promote them though so sure indirectly you can say I support them but again no one is going to replace the money I make with them.
