Also looks like some on her FB page have discovered that most of her pastry pics on her site were stolen from other sites and that she may not even be making her own desserts as she claimed on the show. Funny how Amy and her husband seemingly invited Gordon Ramsey to their restaurant with the intent to show him how great it is. That has backfired big time as they came across on the show as complete douchebags and will probably be the demise of their restaurant.

The more interesting thing is the extent to which they can distort reality and continue to live in such a state of delusion, denial and anger. This is basically Johnnyclips level crazy, coupled with anger and then running a business.

I also started to think that their motivation in getting him there and getting on the show is that she/he genuinely believed that he would just show up and say "wow, you guys are awesome, the food is awesome and everything is perfect and everyone that attacks you is 100% wrong" so they could use it to attack others.

Also proof again that severely dysfunctional relationships require 2 severely dysfunctional people to exist.

I'm sure they fully intended to try and make it appear to Ramsey as if it was the perfect restaurant and their lack of success must be due to those "nasty bloggers" who had written bad things about them. Amy couldn't even take the slightest criticism Ramsey gave her, just kept talking as if the world was out to get her for no reason.

I did kinda enjoy her Kanye West-like comments of God coming down from the heavens and tapping her with the gift to be the best all around chef in the world. Nothing screams crazy like the answer to "how do you know you're really good?" being "God came to me and made me the best in the world and if you don't agree, you're a hater"

Not exactly. Its not that she is working on tipped sallary (eg 2.75$/hour or whatever). She is working on normal salary instead of tipped salary + tips. Normal salary does not require tips.
