I thought it might be interesting to see the changes people experienced over time. I wish I still knew the details for my very old accounts circa-2000 but this is as far back as I have info for from my stats programs.

2007 - 1:1,300
2008 - 1:1,300
2009 - 1:1,800
2010 - 1:1,800

Effective early 2011 more hits went redirected directly to ccbill galleries so the number in parenthesis attempts to provide a normalized value to compensate for this while the first number is the raw value.

2011 - 1:11,400 (1:2,283)
2012 - 1:16,400 (1:3,283)
2013 - 1:13,300 (1:2,661)

Damn - that's about a 50% worst ratio (or worse, my math is fuzzy on a Fri nite)!

There is absolutely no question everything is down - for most.
For some, I'm sure, their numbers are UP.

We're talking paysites here, not cams or dating I assume.

I was actually surprised by them and was expecting far worse. I'm not sure about the normalized values so to be safe for mine I would compare 2011 and later with only those years and 2010 and earlier with only those years as well. What these stats don't show is traffic and ctr.

I went fulltime in 2005, so I'll start there (ratios are by uniques):

2005 1:148
2006 1:353
2007 1:465
2008 1:513
2009 1:260
2010 1:1448
2011 1:2924
2012 1:3081

this year so far is 1:1674 but that's on less than 1m uniques, whereas the previous years (except 2005) are all obviously more than that.

tidbit - 2009 I had 1/6th the traffic of 2011, but +3x the income
