The importance of "Add Funds" within the paxum system

We want to make sure all of our clients are very clear on the importance of using the Add Funds link within their paxum acccount.

The importance of using our system to add funds

Before you send any funds to paxum you need to use our Add Funds system.

Once you do this you will be taken to a screen that displays what bank you need to send
money to.

In the event we add another bank or remove one we always send out an email
to clients letting them know of the changes. For whatever reason some clients do not
get those emails.

To always know the most update to date email and to let our system know you are sending money we ask that you ALWAYS use the Add Funds system before you send any money and you will be able to verify you are sending to the right bank.

We removed travelx due to unacceptable delays in adding funds and overall poor service.

Also i would like to point out that emails are directed to your email that you have on file with us.

If you are using an email such as payments@ or accounting@ please make sure those emails are checked

What if somebody send money to the wrong bank by accident because your email went to spam folder and you didn't put a big giant warning on your site about switching?

Great question.

The main way they will know is if they follow our requirements that we have in place to 100% avoid this.

ALL USERS MUST CLICK ADD FUNDS BEFORE SENDING ANY MONEY. ONCE THEY CLICK ADD FUNDS AND INPUT THE AMOUNT THEY ARE TAKEN TO A PAGE WITH THE WIRE DETAILS/TEMPLATE THEY MUST USE. ON THAT PAGE IT WILL REFLECT EXACTLY WHERE TO SEND IT TO.

If the email for whatever reason went to a spam folder or was not a checked email account and we notice they are stills ending during the warning period we attempt to reach out personally to the client to let them know.

so you send very important notices through email? i guess you never heard of spam folder before?? wouldn't it be smart to put a big ALERT message when the client logs into the site, something they can't miss instead of an email blast?

good customer service would be for a company to go out of their way to make sure their clients don't make mistakes. opposite of what you are doing here.

I know of a company that changed their bank info a lot. Turned out it was a ponzi scheme. Why would you even need to change bank accounts? I have never needed to do that for any of my businesses or me personaly.

Thanks for your question greg. At Paxum we have multiple banking relationships. Paxum is a global business and our goal is to provide the fastest service for funds delivery.

We recently removed one banking relationship from our system due to repeated delays from that service. As a result we added new wire information to the system. Unfortunately, since some clients do not always complete the Add Funds by Wire section of their account each time before sending us a wire, they continue to send to old/outdated wire information, and that is where the problem starts.

This thread was posted simply as a friendly reminder to ensure that our clients are aware of the importance of completing the Add Funds by Wire section in full.
