Looking to sell theslutbox.com - $3000.00 revenue a month - 30,000 unique visitors daily. with NO paid traffic EVER. Also insanely high rated traffic with mostly English speaking visitors.

I have no web design experience and just don't have the time to put in to the site or maintenance anymore. The revenue has been great but id be happier to sell it and invest in something new at this point. It is making revenue with click ads and a membership.

Also - site is ranking on google for many popular search terms such as: free scat videos, scat videos, panty poop, panty poop videos, etc. most traffic comes from google.

Site is growing in insane numbers every month as well, we basically dominate this niche.

If you're making good money why sell? It's a buyers market these days you'd only get a few months revenue, personally I'd hire someone to handle it for me and just save as much as I could for a few months and invest that into the next product.
