Sent this guy $200 to do work on this service he posted https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1086457 and he has done nothing so far. Blames it on internet connection but still is able to post and use ICQ? The names he used were Zivko Popic and Sanja Andjelkovic. He used a guy named Pavel Vanek to facilitate the transfer.
