When you DMCA them DMCA the host, the domain registrar and everything you can including the ad spots that you can.

Everyone will reply that its none of their business but the host.

But they have been notified they are working with a pirate and that helps down the line at lawsuit time.

They wont loose until the law steps in and stops it and even then it wont stop all of it . One goes another apears, its whack a mole and half of the idiots who run these site rips dont give to fucks whether they make money or not.
I had one of my affiliate sites completly ripped and mirrored and the hacker who did it was bosting about it, he did not do it for money but it gave him a "look at what I did"
I reported it to google through my webmaster account because it totaly fucked up my site search engine rankings. This is like saying burglary will stop because you have a house alarm, the guys who do this shit really dont give two fucks about the current internet laws or who they hurt.

If anyone has the extra time and is interested in really making a difference, it would not hurt to email (copy and paste) every single paysite on that list, and as a result of that, they will be flooded with DMCA takedown notices!

Pretty much been that way for years and years, especially with crews that crack games and pirate movies...some of them have been around for close to 20+ years and lots of them do it to be known and have their name out there rather then make money much like gangs and tagging. It really sucks but at least it's nice to see people fighting back.
