Those "offers" are the only thing those guys have to mess with now. I think they hit the ceiling on who can give away the most free porn a long time ago, nowhere to go with that. Forced upsells/recurrings etc are the new golden ticket.

hey, it has been a long time. is your weiner dog still around?

it's not hard to make a nice join page - you just create your own HTML page based on your tour design and leave the area where you want the join buttons blank - then go into CCBILL Admin and go to the Form Admin and look for 'Generate HTML' - should give you the code for the buttons for whatever pricing options (Credit Card, Check) you have set up for your site. Copy and past that code into the space you created to hold the join buttons. You can style the buttons with CSS or use images for the join buttons. Google will have tutorials on using images for form submit buttons.

I never knew you could make them like that until someone showed me a link to your site as a good example, That girl is smoking hot and yeah the weiner dog is still kickin it lol, that little fuck is almost 8 years old.
