not all 200 will pay but most will once site is finished. this is 200 loyal active follows, not just 200 regular followers. that is also why i spend half on more traffic to get even more members.

You are going about all of this completely the wrong way. No one is going to give you $10k for this. Even if you were to find a partner, you would be splitting the revenue up to 5 ways (You, your partner, your model, your affiliates, your billing processor). THere is no guarantee that this model will sell to all 200 of her followers. Plus spending $5k on traffic is a serious gamble because your model or your site might not convert the traffic, etc etc. There are just too many variables here.
