You're wrong. For copyright laws as applied to the internet there is no difference between hot linking or copying a photo or video file to your own site. So including photos in your posts here without asking for permission of the copyright owner is illegal. The next question is... who cares? The answer to that is: you, because you started to point your finger at suspected copyright violations.
