I sent over 100k uniques to VS and didn't even make $20 so they're a no-go.

I am not good at promoting cams but still managed to make a few cents per unique with AWE. Now I am just doing dating popunders rather than cams but would like a good cam program that has guys, too.

Money Tree was hit or miss...anybody doing good with them? Also didn't do good with gammas home cams.

It's only because it's card not present and on top of that adult which is even more high risk. They don't have time to investigate every claim, if these were signature purchases you could at least fight the chargebacks easily. Cost of doing business online.

Gay traffic doesn't seem to care on cams. Go look at the names watching the straight men on cam and this will become apparent, lol. Anyhow, I'm not sure how much traffic you have but I know cams and can throw together some tools to increase conversions one way or another regardless of sponsor. This just happens to be kicking ass right now, really nice setup and I average some very nice money per click. 3 month cookies too in case you did want to keep popping.

I actually market the sites I promote before I send a surfer off though, your mileage may vary. You are blaming the merchant for no reason at all. Did they provide bad service? Probably not; since you were promoting them they you must like them and trust that their service was good enough. How do you know if the customers who's cards were charged back were dissatisfied? Or if the cards used weren't stolen or used without consent? Answer: You don't. Not only are you blaming the merchant, and uniting them by removing your links, you're hurting your own income at the same time.

VideoSecrets is huge, so you should not dismiss them. Did you try calling your rep at VS and asking them for advice? You didn't say where your 100k of traffic came from so why blame VS? How do you know the source of your traffic isn't poor?

Like it or not, it's a risk that both Merchants and affiliates share. As an affiliate however you actually have no real risk unless you are paying too much for your own traffic.
