For the first time ever Mr. Skin is compiling his list of The 100 Hottest Nude Celebrities of All Time. The list will be based on a formula which adds up an actress’s total number of and quality of nude scenes, star power, and real-life sex appeal. Users can watch short clips of each celeb that is included in the list and pick their favorite for a chance to win an iPad.
