If they are going to look good in hi-res photos every girl needs at least *some* makeup, so I am going to respectfully disagree except maybe in the case of real home made amateur content like Homegrown. I use one primary makeup artist that has been with me for several years and a few other decent ones that fill in from time to time and have trained them all pretty extensively to do very light and naturalistic makeup appropriate for the teen look and girl next door look since that is mostly what I shoot. And they do it a little heavier for the over 30 MILFs.
