They haven't filed bankruptcy, they just aren't paying = time for legal action.

It is clear, they haven't sent one response and they won't send one. If they had any intention of paying the ACHs that were requested would have gone out and they would be collecting people's wire information. They are doing nothing but delaying everyone. They have no plans to pay anyone.
