Space dog looks like you got hit with one of them activex scripts that messes with your registery and shit while out surfing porn sites. do a search on the board for the fix for it. I know its some where here. then I suggest getting norton anti virus program. they handle that script like a virus.

Here ya go space dog this should fix your homepage settings, I hope this helps I hate them maggots that do this,
1. Start regedit (Start > Run > Regedit.exe)
2. Go to the following section in your register: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Run
3. Find the following string there and delete it: C:\windows\regedit.exe /s C:\windows\system32\radB42B9.tmp
radB42B9.tmp can be any file that shouldn't be there, it may also be located at any other directory. This section in your register HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Run serves as Autostart group, so you may remove everything unnecessary from there. You may also try to find any other references in your register to the file you found in the section CurrentVersion\Run (eg. radB42B9.tmp) and delete them.
4. Change your default home page (Tools> Internet Options> Home page) to the one you desire and ENJOY!
5. If you don't want this to happen again, change your security options in Internet Explorer to promt whether to run or download any ActiveX controls and always answer NO if you are unsure.

good luck

There is a simple solution to prevent future problems, upgrade your browser to the latest version and set security to medium or higher.

Sending such an email is usually absolutly pointless.

go to "start" >>> "Find" >>> "Files or folder" and let it search for *.hta
you normally shouldn't have any of them, but I don't know what they exactly changed/uploaded to your PC

some verions install a hta file so it will keep changing the startpage and stuff when you restart.

If nothing is found, it's good.

Now for the patch, this should do the trick: http://support.microsoft.com/support.../Q275/6/09.ASP

I haven't patched mine cos I want to check if the sites i'm trading with don't pull this shit on surfers.

good luck

I think that IE6.0 has a fix so they can't do that to you. So you may want to upgrade to the newest version.

I hope, that at this moment in time, spacedog is having his face smashed in with a brick, whilst a mexican serial rapist with AIDS ejaculates into his ass, before hammering pins under his fingernails, then cutting his dick off with scissors and forcing him to eat it.

FUCK SPACEDOG.
