I am not trying to rag on anyone who sells this stuff. This shit is hot now and probably an easy sell. But what about copyright? Did you get model releases? I think that Girls Gone Wild gets every girl to sign a release now. Maybe something happened? If you go to a wet-t-shirt contest and video it, is it legal to sell it?
If so, I am getting into the content biz. That shit is probably easy to film, easy to edit, easy to package and sell. But what if a girl I tape recognizes herself on the web? Can't I get sued? I noticed you can recognize faces in some of the content being sold, which could complicate issues I would imagine.

I think there was a link on here a few weeks ago to a website with an article about a multimillion dollar settlement between a company and possibly a football team because the company put hidden cameras in the lockerroom and the guys were recognized. The company was sued by the state, I believe. To me this is similar to taping a wet-t-shirt contest..

It is legal. I partnered up with a club down in padre and got a copy of the model releases and as far as age verification, the club didn't let anybody in that wasn't at least 19

And yes, it is hot right now, but it's not easy by any means to take the pics..... or video..... i mean until you actually go try and do it you won't know....

The hardest part is trying to keep the camera going while drinking a beer, and smoking a cig cuz the chicks are just sooo fucking hot :-0

But do you figure sitting on the beach in Miami and taking video of girls butts walking by, and selling it is legal? Or using it on a website? There is no way these girls signed model releases, and no way you can prove their age. How would the courts handle this? If you have an upskirt photo site, do you tell the courts they have to prove the girl is underage, or does the court ask you for model releases and proof of age?

Good idea to have a deal with a club. I am sure this is a huge grey area. My biggest concern would be taking video of girls on the beach (for example) and two years down the road some chick recognizes herself and sues my butt off. Is this a possibility?

How about wet-t-shirt contests in Cancun, Mardi Gras etc.
Is it necessary to prove age, and to whom? Is it necessary to have a model release of each girl, and who would want it?

This is very interesting to me. The upskirt sites have been getting away with it for years, and now mardi gras, spring break, college parties etc. seem to be the next big thing.
