Yeah, probably, they always say "all is fine, must be your ISP" or "you are using too much resources, you need to optimize your website"... bla, bla... or "you should upgrade to VPS"... in fact their servers are usually fucking oversold and overloaded randomly.

I am currently experiencing another Webair success story. I can't even close my account!

All of my sites were moved from Webair weeks ago. I sent in Support Ticket to cancel my account. Response: "Why are you looking to cancel and move to another host? You are a valued client and we would like to assist you." If they actually looked in my account, they would see I have no sites hosted there anymore, they were all moved. I send in a reply saying close account. Read my support tickets re: why.

Then I don't hear anything for 3 days so I send in another reply to cancel account. I get a reply that the matter is being forwarded to Billing. That was 5 days ago. No response from Billing. I send in another reply to Billing to cancel my account. Guess what will happen if they bill my credit card.

Webair did the exact thing to me when I moved my sites away. Took days before they got their shit together and closed my account.

I have "bought" 3 phones, 2 cells and a landline. Phone convo won't mean poo if I have to get in touch with my cc company if Webair bills me again. I want it confirmed in writing via support ticket email not just lip service... oh yes we are closing your account right now right this very second. Now there is a trail of them dragging their feet. The Webair success stories continue. How difficult it is to click and close an account when the hosting account is cleared out.

I learned the hard way to avoid all shared hosting.
All i can say about that is that a 5$ vps is better then 10-20$ shared hosting.

And i have some sites on different hosting providers, at first it was a nightmare, my email was flooded by uptimerobot.
If a site went down ,i didn't care why...
I just sent a ticket and if they didn't fix it under 2 hours, i moved to new one.
I don't think i got one of those mails in weeks now ;p

You are just hosting with the wrong people. I have shared accounts and never had any issues and have 20+ blogs on them.
