Dave and myself have worked out our differences from this post. He is a good guy that seems to have been caught in a bad situation.

Opening a flat rate program changes the game for me. I have been thinking about it though. Recurring is simple and I haven't had many requests for a pps program. Maybe one day I will open one but for now I like not having to focus in on just my program.

                  These are the facts:

                  1. If you are not a spammer, none of this concerns you.

                  2. There is no conspiracy. The FTC does not care about affiliates who do
                  not SPAM.

We are keeping standard business records like 1040 tax info...which we
have been doing anyway or we wouldn't be able to pay
affiliates in the first place. Every progam has this information.

We are not providing any affiliate list whatsoever to the FTC.

Anyone who knows me, Robert or Ernesto knows we would throw ourselves
in front of a (bang)bus before compromising any affiliates
                  information.

If you have any other questions feel free to contact us directly. But try to wait until Monday at least because we are in Palm Springs and Ernesto is busy getting his anus bleached: http://www.leenks.com/link18285.htm
