The OTE Upload guys are well and truly on our radar. Changing their site name, their methods and spurious propaganda won't keep them from being targeted.
upstore.net still processes a lot of payment options via their reseller and affiliate programs.
imserve.net are also a pain in the ass with DMCAs, I am cc-ing all requests to enforcement from now on - anyone else have issues withthis image host, they also pay uploaders so should be targeted

Keep escalating them with us, we're on it, these things can take time.
That site is the lovechild of Rudy Corella and Richard Humphrey.
Rudy Corella was found guilty of scamming consumers and owes Washington State $400,000 in fines and more than $140,000 in legal costs.
Richard Humphrey is convicted sex offender, convicted software pirate.
Both of them work together on this site. In one breath they will tell you that we achieve nothing, in the other breath they will scream like stuck pigs that we're hurting "legitimate" piracy based businesses.
Rudy Corella has over 700,000 infringing files residing on UltraMegaBit.com. He was once involved with "Elite Torrents" a torrent group and he narrowly avoided prosecution for his involvement which resulted in a jail sentence for one of his co-conspirators, Daniel Dove.
Obviously these two, with their solid and upstanding backgrounds will be churning out top rate journalism with no bias whatsoever.

These 2 remind me of an old saying, something about Birds of a Feather flocking together.
A note of interest on Rudy Oscar Corella:
His spouse at the time of the Washington State Judgement was an unnamed co-defendant in the action and judgement.
There is also reason to believe that 1 of his co-defendants at the time of the judgement coded the UltraMegaBit site.
you know what, scream, if you are guilty! if those guys have legit past, why the hell they would care about someone shutting down file lockers processors? its hurting only criminals ... they sure will cry and try to be big guys, but it still will be only crying of criminals ...

you know what, someone can cry that this is hurting also legit side of filelockers, losing processing so legit people cannot share legit things ... but then, dont host illegal material, you are safe, end of story! keep up the good work mr ak!
Just out of curiosity how did bttrove.org loose it's payment system? I visited their site. It says "BtTrove.org is an private educational forum. To view it you need to register.
Members can learn all about 3D animation, photoshop, video editing, web Development and more..."

How is that against paypals rules?
Don't let the "private educational forum" line fool you.
It's a site with links to all kinds of copyright infringing material.
That's because they have ZERO talent or creativity. All they CAN do is steal. It's disgusting that the law allows them to get away with this.
I have no respect for any of them.
I wouldn't say they have zero creativity. Some of the guys making my life miserable are bright, and WAY more persistent in monitoring our content than our best affiliates. Which is sad, because they are taking on personal risk and making WAY LESS promoting our content the wrong way, and ruining everything they touch, but that's another topic.
But when a person like Kim Dot.Com is profiled on 60 Minutes for his palatial estates, and his legacy was built on breaking into networks and monetizing the delays in complying with the DMCA, then who do you aspire to be? Us? Do you want to be some dumb faggot on GFY calling himself "pimp" and wearing a purple fur coat once in Vegas and posing with his gross models and making perfectly legitimate porn? Or would you rather be a a rebel filelocker owner talking about the "revolution of information", ie, stealing from copyright owners, and pulling your dick out at the president of the US? We're losing the best new affiliates in the upcoming generation to piracy. There's less money in it, but it's cooler than you, they think. Cooler than me, they think.

Fat, lazy Gen Y nerds aspire to be like Kim Dotcom.
Back OT; I have to say I agree that they have no talent and creativity, as adult content is the easiest shit to pirate - 1. Right click, save as.. 2. Upload. And that's all they have to do.
If everyone dropped downloads and only offered DRM-protected fragmented streams, the time cost for pirates would increase enormously and you'd see many of them disappear. Their 10 minute download/upload job would instead become hours of tedious (and CPU intensive) ripping and transcoding.
Some of these pirates are so lazy they don't even bother changing the original file names. These guys get DMCA'd a lot quicker, but this highlights the underlying issue - it's just too easy. There's so little work involved that posting file locker links that only survive for a day or less is still viable.
Which is sad, because they are taking on personal risk and making WAY LESS promoting our content the wrong way, and ruining everything they touch, but that's another topic.
It's a lot "easier" for the thieves to rip content and upload to a locker than it is to promote content as an affiliate. How hard can "download" and "upload" be? Sure, you can get hand cramps but other than that.
They rip the content they enjoy themselves so it's a win-win in their minds.

Making way less? lol. These guys are making bank stealing content and reselling it. Takes them 1 click of the mouse to rip a site from your server to a file locker and post links on their boards. And don?t let them fool you into thinking there are hundreds of them on a board making a dollar an hour. These boards are operated by a very few people with numerous different names to make it look like many on these boards. They are making big bucks.
The file locker owners make bank, the larger forum owners make bank. The uploaders mostly do not make so much.
Some do, the really dedicated ones, but most of them don't make a lot.
The key here is to make the business of running a file locker both difficult and unprofitable, once the links don't work on a forum anymore then the forum can't make as much money.
The Uploaders who post to forums and blogs won't make anything if the file lockers is closed or the forums go away.
I wouldn't say they have zero creativity. Some of the guys making my life miserable are bright, and WAY more persistent in monitoring our content than our best affiliates.
Sorry, but I don't consider a guy running a script that watches for our sites to update and then steals it to be "creative".
When that same guy can actually CREATE his own content himself (not pay someone else to do it) ...then I would call him "creative".
Stealing is stealing. It's far easier to destroy things than it is to build them.
It's frustrating as a content owner but kind of funny to watch at the same time. One scab will post the stolen video and then a bunch of other scabs with download it then re-upload to cash in before it gets pulled. The funny part is the first scab complains about it like he produced the content. They watch the boards like a bunch of beggars waiting for scraps.

That's because they are beggars waiting for scraps.
Waiting for 'em and stealing 'em from each other.
What we have here is a bird's eye view of the absolute bottom rung of the food chain ... upload monkeys.
There's a varying degree of sophistication amongst pirates.
Some merely follow the forums, blogs and torrent sites to get content to upload to file lockers. Others put a lot of effort into joining sites, ripping content and releasing fresh content widely.
As with any criminal group, you have the smart ones and the dumb ones. We aim to disrupt as many of them as possible, frustrating their efforts.
We have noticed a sharp increase in piracy source sites having BongaCams banners displayed. A cynical person might say this is not simply a coincidence.
It would be interesting to know what the policies are of BongaCams when it comes to copyright infringing sites ?
Will BongaCams disable affiliates who host or link to pirated content ?

does this mean, the piracy site owners are gfy users i.e. adult webmasters ?
so when bonga guy made comment in paully thread , piracy sites operators got the hint. i.e. one more program supporting piracy.
If it was not obvious by the Bonga Guys reply in that thread it would appear they do not care about piracy as long as it does not change Bonga's cash flow.
Webmasters that affiliate with Bonga, knowing their position on rights and content protection, are basically condoning piracy same as Bonga.
