HOWEVER, I have heard the horror stories as well. Shooter and Monica were shooting her for Bangbros and MTV was following her for some reality show or something and she was a TOTAL B*TCH that day.

Im also Friends with Jules Jordan. Shit! as funny as it sounds, he is one of the few guys I absolutely look up to. One of the best shooters to ever hold a camera. Good guy, great person. And where I work and who I shoot for has never been an issue.


I do really get along with everyone in this business. When I have had issues with people, I try to quash it and get along. Life is too short to be mad or actively hate or dislike someone. Not healthy.


Me and Bobby and a few others we were "OG" Hotel Shooters who started internet before it was popular. It was back when it was looked down on by all of the DVD shooters.


We have both worked very hard to get to where we both are. Bobby is a smart guy who I have always respected. Good shooter, great at business, and very good at marketing himself.

He, as all of us have, made our share of mistakes in the past. But I know this situation, was not his doing. He happened to get a great female performer on a really bad day, I guess.


My situation worked out: I asked her to do fan signs, for her actual fans, for the site I was shooting for. She said No, I moved on to do what I do. Worked out at the end of the day. Well I got a good scene and didn't have to pay kill fees. How I felt about the day is a whole other post, that I already posted. lol


Bobby's situation turned out a bit different; He asked her to do something for his blog, for the company he shoots for, and his fans that were fans of her and she got super pissed and stormed off set. She could have just said "NO" and moved on from there. Perfect example of a Super Star Performer having a bad day.


If you really think about it, a simple "NO" and lets move on, would have been really simple and easy. But where is the press and headlines in that simple conflict resolution? Really think about that one for a minute. Bobby is a very private non-confrontational person. And this isn't the 1st time this model has gone after someone for publicity.

Not into walking on Egg Shells on set and gambling if we are going to have a good scene today. Not worth it to me. Been there done that once already after being warned by everyone I know and respect.


Wouldn't want to be the 1st Porn Director on TMZ getting sued for sexual harassment in the work place or some made up bullshit so some almost out of the business pornstar can get press attention. lol

I get a bunch of solid Old School DVD shooters telling me there is no work out there. They are always asking me if I can get them internet content work. They have No Idea about GFY or how having a solid internet reputation for years, is the key to getting Internet content work.

I try and explain to them that you need to have a solid track record with internet companies for them to trust you enough to send you work and money.


Shooting it good, is a given, but having a solid reputation for doing what you say you are going to do, is key.


My DVD friends don't really get that. They think that their name and DVD record is enough where people will come and find them. As a whole, as we know, thats not the case.


Wish I started 5 years earlier, but Im glad, I went internet 1st. Couldn't imagine trying to get into this business today with no experience, and zero track record. That would way suck!

Not to ever disrespect any shooters here or abroad, but the total skill level, and knowing how to mentally deal with the models out here is a totally mind blowing.


Everyone out here is good. and all of them are skilled in the phycology of how to deal with the models.


I hear it everyday from models: Basic BG scene, with no story line shot in Miami, takes all day out there. (Not saying the quality is bad) Same scene, same company shot in LA, takes 2 hours max and 4 of them are getting shot in a day. And the quality is high.


The 1st noticeable thing a shooter from somewhere else will notice in LA, is that the Male Talent pool are at a way higher level.


When it comes to sex and the guys I use; I can get 35 min of usable footage in 35 min with no cuts, 2 cuts max. And the sex in the scene will look top notch. But these guys are $600-$1000. And u can see the difference between the $600-$800 and a big difference between the $800-$1000 guys. Size, performance, positioning, etc.
