a couple of visual aspects if i may:
1. Header text "TryMe Porn is the..." is not very well structured... try maybe a few less words and better arrangement in the page. it does not make me want to read it.
2. description texts for video: should centered by height, aligned center
3. as someone else said, make the cool "space" feature more visible
4. categories on the right, a very long list. maybe that's ok but you could bold the most important categories. another option is to list the top ten first and after go a-z.

1. Titles should begin with capital letter.
2. The categories in the left look more like ad text than clickable content, increase the font and make it bold.
3. The header is too simple (for my taste, I'm just sayin').

The background is too busy. It takes away from the videos in my opinion, and I agree, the header is too simple. Try paying an affordable web designer to hook you up.
