Killing off File Lockers

We already have support outside of the porn industry.

So far I am liaising with software companies, music businesses, a child protection group and others.

I wont be specific as to who, however this has grown from a simple one person idea into a growing coalition.

This week we will be launching a hotline where people can report instances of piracy related to file lockers and child exploitation which will be filtered to the appropriate agencies.

There are some other initiatives planned but I can't go into details right now.

Others need to join in, I will liaise with someone else and start something. The more prongs on the fork, the better it works. Ultimately this must go mainstream.

Robbie is constantly blasting people on how well he did to stop people from pirating his sites.

When in reality he did nothing to stop or track them. He just has very few fans and so his content is not desirable enough to pirate.

How are you going to track down and sue someone using a stolen credit card? How are you going to sue or charge someone with a crime using a forged ip address?

I have had plenty of long time members who were daily posters on boards. 45 % of the people who upload you stuff as soon as it comes out are members or those ripping groups using 1 password & logging in via a remote desktop. 3-6 people are downloading your files to their server & reencoding them or rewatermarking them & uploading them to 30 file hosts from a 100mbit box. This is goes deeper & is much more intricate than people think.

Wake up man. We all know the biggest pirates are right here, and the last thing any of us are going to do is help them how to get our content.

Everything that you think is impossible, is quite easy thanks to technology. And there is more than one way to monetize your content, thanks to piracy. If you had any skin in the game, you'd know this.

Incredibly unmoral and unethical, I know. It's difficult to sleep at night. If it wasn't for the meds and lots of alcohol to numb the pain, I would have offed myself by now.

I was being sarcastic to the idiots I was talking to before. But yes, some of them have a very intricate set up. If those groups set their target on you, not a lot you can do to stop them from getting it. Who gets it after that, is another story.
