This is potentially an important topic for everyone who promotes adult material to follow.

It doesn't effect him because he's busy selling the Jimi Hendrix sex tape and other amazing films (Lawrence Fishburne's Daughter).

I like how he says "the law is unenforcable", keep thinking that. If you film a scene you need to sell it. Once it hits the market I'm sure someone (cops or aids foundation volunteers) is going to be watching new porn looking for condoms. Once your non condom film is flagged you will recieve a visit from someone demanding the information on the shoot. You can either lie and face obstruction charges or fess up and pay probably a nice fine.

Can someone please tell me how condoms will protect talent from HPV and herpes?

What happens when a condom breaks on the set? They do and will break. Count on it.

What about the director who barebacks the female talent in the bathroom before or after the main shoot?

What about STDs that can be transmitted orally?

What about when the male ejaculates into the females mouth or in her eyes?

Mandatory condom use will only protect performers so much.
