i`m sorry but must be used with new account only not older then 14 days, but you can use same Credit Card on all accounts, also if you will want them all you will have a discount

If you open one than more Adwords account, they will find you and suspend all your accounts. Opening more than 1 account is against their T&C

Yup if you are serious about adwords i would not recommend doing this at all - use it if you are new but dont go opening up new accounts.
I've seen so many people lose awesome accounts running amazing campaigns by doing this
