Selling plugs on my site that redirects to your site. We get an average of 65 000 visits a day(mostly search engine traffic and US). All plugs purchased are permanent and will also be displayed/rotated on the sitewide "Recommended" section at the top left corner for a total of 15 days (360 hours). There are 5 spots under this column.

I require that
1) links must lead to a site with an actual playable video relevant to the title and description of the submitted plug.
2) you submit a "high" quality thumbnail 160x120.

What would you recommend for the thumbnail dimensions? I'm already quite lenient with regards to the plug URL's. It doesn't really have to be relevant although I prefer it.
