but there not targetted audiences and in most cases bot accounts
or they simply dont have the time to this
or you can buy of ebay at 10 per 1000 or something they add you 1000 bot accounts
if you want to look good having 1000 fake people its all good
if you want actual people im your man

Annoyingly refollow is actually now charging (until they release something new) and the second one no longer works.
