Be sure you can prove you own the sites you are trying to sell links on. I'm pretty sure you don't own these 12 PR4 sites.

Check the other thread, sent this guy $30 for a domain which he then sold to someone else, thats the last i hear from him and my $30, not to mention the 3 or so emails i've sent asking whats up, blatently ignored.

Domain was sold to bloggerz, send you many Email never heard back from you, now kindly send me an email to [email protected] with payment details and i will refund your $30

Here's some tips how to avoid these scams:
1) Don't pay before the link is up. This is not enough however.
2) Contact the owner through contact info available at the site you're buying links from to ensure the guy you are making a deal with is the same guy who owns the site. If none available, see 3).
3) Tell the seller to upload a txt file to all the sites you're buying links from that says for example something like: I verify that I am the owner of this site, not a reseller and that I have talked directly with (your contact info here). If this is not true, please don't upload this and contact me.
