The site is for sale because I want to move away from adult. It's with pain in my heart that I post this here, but I need more time for my mainstream business. Everything is custom written using PHP and MySQL. The administrative backend is lacking (atm, I use PHPMyAdmin), but I'll create one for the buyer if needed. The income ranges between $500 and $1000 per month. It's badly monetized: The income comes from banners on Babe profile pages and gallery pages + from free hosted gallery links in the 'user links' sections. In the right hands, this site can make a lot more. A thread with a sponsor comparison for this site was recently posted on GFY. The site gets around 17k uniques per day and 12x times as many pageviews so (between 200k and 220k). Main traffic source is Google (52%), 25% comes from referring sites and the rest is type-in traffic and bookmarked traffic. Traffic is stable and growing slowly, although I hardly do promotion because of lack of time. It's on a +/- $100 per month dedicated server that is hosting some other sites as well. Not trying to shit on your sale... but there's a few things I find concerning here.
Why are you using free image hosts instead of a real host? The free hosts wrap tons of ads for everyone else around the pics and not a single link for the sponsor. By doing it this way, aren't you violating most affiliate program's rules by using the content to promote other sites and services? There's not a single link to the sponsor on the big pics on any of those free hosted image sites you use. Are the free sites paying you to upload someone else's content so they put ads on them? That makes me wonder. Wouldn't the buyer who wanted to run the site legitimately have to first strip off all those free image galleries and then host it themselves? That sounds like an awful lot of extra work for the potential buyer. I'm curious, do you ever receive DMCAs or C&aD notices from people noticing the use of their content to promote someone elses ads (the free image hosts ads)? Case in point is here: http://www.babepedia.com/gallery/Ashlynn_Brooke/928 This one has image copyrights removed, so one can assume your free host was DMCA'ed about it. http://www.babepedia.com/gallery/Brook_Bradford/199188 Brook even left a comment about it: http://www.babepedia.com/babe/Brook_Bradford Quote:

In the beginning, the free hosts only had some banners. Now most of them have intermission ads/popunders as well.
